导言实验性肿瘤模型是研究癌症病因、预防、早期诊断和治疗的重要工具。现用于研究大肠癌的动物模型有化学致癌、同种及异种移植癌等系统。最近发现大鼠自发大肠癌也是一种应用甚为便利的动物模型(2)。诱发实验动物大肠癌的化学药物有肼类、偶氮类和N-亚硝基类(3),其中以1,2-二甲基肼(DMH)应用最广。本文重点介绍DMH化学致癌作用的研究进展。
INTRODUCTION The experimental tumor model is an important tool for studying the etiology, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The animal models currently used to study colorectal cancer include chemical carcinogenesis, allogeneic and xenograft cancer systems. It has recently been discovered that spontaneous colon cancer in rats is also a very convenient animal model (2). The chemical agents that induce colorectal cancer in laboratory animals are steroids, azo compounds, and N-nitroso groups (3), of which 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH) is most widely used. This article focuses on the research progress of chemical carcinogenesis of DMH.
