采用免疫组织化学方法研究大鼠心肺心钠素的分布。结果发现在左右心房、大静脉壁及肺泡隔内均有心钠素免疫反应细胞存在,但后两者的细胞与前者不同,为圆形、椭圆形或不规则形,胞浆中的心钠素免疫反应阳性物质分布不均匀,因而使细胞形成“空泡状”。
The distribution of cardiopulmonary atrial natriuretic peptide in rats was studied by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that there is atrial natriuretic peptide immunoreactive cells in the left and right atriums, the walls of the large veins and the alveolar septum. However, the latter two cells are different from the former in shape of circle, ellipse or irregular shape. Atrial natriuretic peptide Immunoreactive substances are not evenly distributed, thus forming “vacuolar” cells.
