目的分析生化检验中溶血标本对其准确性产生的具体影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月期间来我院进行体检的40名体检者作为研究对象,分别采两管血将其分为研究组与对照组。对照组按照正常血液标本进行正常检测,研究组血液标本予以人工溶血处理,然后对其溶血标本予以相应检测。对比两组血清的生化检验结果。结果两组血清的UA、Cr、TG、GLU、BUN检测结果无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组中的K+、CHOL、CK、LDH、ALT、AST、ALP检测结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验过程中,溶血标本会对检测结果准确性产生一定的不良影响,因此应当重视溶血标本的合理预防,确保生化检验的准确性。
Objective To analyze the specific effects of hemolytic samples on the accuracy of biochemical tests. Methods A total of 40 physical examinations from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital for physical examination were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups: study group and control group. The control group according to the normal blood samples for normal detection, the study group of blood samples were artificial hemolytic treatment, and then hemolysis specimens be accordingly detected. The biochemical test results of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in serum UA, Cr, TG, GLU and BUN between the two groups (P> 0.05). The results of K +, CHOL, CK, LDH, ALT, AST and ALP in the study group were significant Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the process of biochemical test, hemolytic samples will have a certain adverse effect on the accuracy of test results. Therefore, reasonable precautions should be taken to ensure the accuracy of biochemical tests.
