以离子交换法分离两种间甲酚磺酸异构体,讨论了它们缩合产物的分散性能。 用薄层层析将间甲酚磺酸甲醛缩合物分成6个主要组分,分子量分布在200~1500 之间。用 CS-910双波长薄层扫描仪测定了一系列缩合物各组分相对百分含量。5 组分以上缩合体占主要部分,含量高于80%,分散性能优良。讨论了间甲酚磺酸甲 醛缩合物组成和性能关系。
The two kinds of m-cresol sulfonic acid isomers were separated by ion exchange method and the dispersibility of their condensation products was discussed. Methacresol sulfonate formaldehyde condensate was separated into six major components by thin-layer chromatography with a molecular weight distribution between 200 and 1500. The relative percentages of each component of a series of condensates were determined using a CS-910 dual-wavelength thin layer scanner. 5 components of the above condensate accounted for the main part of the content of more than 80%, excellent dispersion properties. The relationship between the composition and properties of m-cresol formaldehyde condensate was discussed.
