教师承担着培育下一代的重任。初中教育属于是基础教育,不仅向学生传递基础知识,还对学生进行素质教育,以利于学生更好地发展。随着社会的发展,对人才素质也提出了更高的要求,初中教育就需要创新。初中班主任原有的说教的教育方式已经难以发挥作用,就需要创新教育方法,其中情感教育是值得重视的。本论文针对初中班主任情感教育策略展开研究。 Teachers undertake the task of nurturing the next generation. Junior high school education is a basic education, not only to students to pass on the basic knowledge, but also for students of quality education, in order to facilitate better development of students. With the development of society, higher requirements are put forward on the quality of qualified personnel, and junior high school education needs innovation. Junior middle school teacher’s original preaching education has been difficult to play a role, we need innovative education methods, including emotional education is worthy of attention. This thesis studies the emotion education strategy of junior middle school teachers.
