在舟山发电厂1×300MW机组烟囱施工中,烟囱基础承台方量大,理论方量3900M3。大体积混凝土的施工一直是困扰我们多年的一个技术难题,为满足高标准的要求,取得满意效果特制定了详细的施工方案和技术措施。决定采用一次成型、不留施工缝的浇注方法。在施工中,为避免水泥水化热、温度应力和混凝土收缩变形产生的裂缝,在原材料选用及配合比设计等方面严格筛选,最终取得了满意效果。
In Zhoushan Power Plant 1 × 300MW unit chimney construction, chimney foundation bearing a large amount of side, the theoretical side of 3900M3. The construction of mass concrete has always been a technical problem that plagued us for many years. In order to meet the requirements of high standards and achieve satisfactory results, a detailed construction plan and technical measures have been formulated. Decided to adopt a molding, leaving no construction of the pouring method. In the construction, in order to avoid the cement hydration heat, temperature stress and concrete shrinkage deformation cracks, the selection of raw materials and mix design rigorous screening, and ultimately achieved satisfactory results.
