随着生物技术的快速发展,大量生物制剂进入临床,经皮给药是将药物贴敷在皮肤表面,依靠扩散使药物穿过皮肤进入皮下毛细血管。但大多数药物在皮肤角质层屏障作用下难以渗入皮下,需要用物理和化学的辅助方法促进药物渗透。超声经皮给药促渗技术能够提供数倍于常规给药方法的持续稳定的渗透率,是一种极具潜力的给药方式。本文介绍一种基于MSP430单片机的低频超声经皮给药渗透系统的设计原理、硬件结构及其功能。
With the rapid development of biotechnology, a large number of biological agents enter the clinic. Transdermal drug delivery is applied to the surface of the skin and spreads the drug through the skin into the subcutaneous capillaries. However, most drugs are difficult to penetrate into the skin under the barrier of the stratum corneum of the skin, and need to be supplemented with physical and chemical methods to promote drug permeation. Ultrasound transdermal delivery of penetration technology to provide sustained and stable penetration of several times the conventional method of delivery is a very potential mode of administration. This article describes a design based on the MSP430 single-chip low frequency ultrasound transdermal drug delivery system design, hardware structure and function.
