目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂对低浓度H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞凋亡的作用。方法:不同浓度H2O2诱导体外培养的淋巴细胞,运用Hoechst33258染色法观察凋亡发生的凋亡指数,以确定H2O2诱导凋亡的剂量及作用时间;随后运用不同浓度异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂进行干预,观察其对淋巴细胞凋亡指数的影响。结果:高浓度的异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂均能降低H2O2所致的淋巴细胞凋亡的凋亡指数。结论:异常黑胆质成熟剂及清除剂能够抑制H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To observe the effect of abnormal savda maturation agent and scavenger on the apoptosis of lymphocytes induced by low concentration H2O2. Methods: The lymphocytes cultured in vitro were induced by different concentrations of H2O2. The apoptotic index was observed by Hoechst33258 staining to determine the dose and duration of H2O2-induced apoptosis. Then, different concentrations of savda and scavenger Intervention was conducted to observe the effect on lymphocyte apoptosis index. RESULTS: High concentrations of abnormal savda maturation agents and scavengers decreased the apoptotic index of lymphocytes induced by H2O2. Conclusion: Abnormal savda mature agent and scavenger can inhibit H2O2-induced apoptosis of lymphocytes.
