为了寻找一种快速检测二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch对阿维菌素敏感性的试验方法,本试验分别采用酶标板法、玻璃管法、离心管法、玻片浸渍法和培养皿封膜法,测定了阿维菌素处理后1、2、3和4 h时二斑叶螨的死亡率。结果发现,酶标板法和玻璃管法操作不方便;离心管法无法准确判断死亡与否;玻片浸渍法作用速度慢;培养皿封膜法方便快捷。据此得出,采用培养皿封膜法于处理后3 h观察结果,可以省时省力的测定二斑叶螨对阿维菌素的敏感性。
In order to find a rapid test method for the sensitivity of Tetranychus urticae Koch to avermectin, the methods of plate test, glass tube method, centrifuge tube method, slide dipping method and petri dish sealing film Method was used to determine the mortality of Tetranychus urticae at 1, 2, 3 and 4 h after abamectin treatment. The results showed that the ELISA plate method and glass tube method is not easy to operate; centrifuge tube method can not accurately determine the death or not; glass slide method slow; petri dish sealing method is convenient and quick. Based on this result, using the petri dish sealing membrane method to observe the result at 3 h after treatment, the sensitivity of two-spotted spider mites to abamectin can be determined by time-saving and labor-saving.
