通过对打捆机的分析研究,研制了基于PLC的双CPU模块的棒材全自动打捆机控制系统,描述了控制系统的软、硬件设计方法。该方法不但满足了系统所需的输入输出量,扩大了程序的存储量,并且因两个 CPU的分工协作,大大提高了打捆的速度和可靠性,在最新研制的两台打捆机的实际运用中得到充分体现。
Based on the analysis of the baler, the control system of the billet automatic baler based on PLC with dual CPU modules was developed, and the software and hardware design method of the control system was described.
