本文运用术前术后步态分析及临床检查方法评价游离(足母)趾再造拇指术后足部功能。12例病人均为外伤性拇指缺损,假设术后(足母)趾缺损均影响步履,其中男性10例,平均年龄29.3岁(14~57岁),平均随访期30.3个月(10~55个月),术后步态研究平均21.1个月(8~52个月)。同步测定四肢和躯干的运动以监测步态,并用肌电图电极插入下肢主要运动肌群记录运动时肌电活动。评价跨步速度(包含节奏及跨步距离)、步距、每一步态周期中单足及双足踏地时间及一个跨步周期各动作的时间。另外还检查下肢关节呈19种角度时的运动,包括骨盆旋转、倾斜俑和斜度,双侧髋屈曲、外展、内收和
