本文对往复真空泵抽速测试装置中的喷咀几何型线，抽速计算公式中的修正系数——流量系数α、气体膨胀系数ε作了理论的分析。
In this paper, the correction coefficient - flow coefficient α and gas expansion coefficient ε in the calculation formula of the nozzle geometry line and pumping speed in the reciprocating vacuum pumping speed testing device are theoretically analyzed.
