本文用共浸法制备了一系列铂镨催化剂,在微型反应器—色谱仪—色谱数据处理机联合装置上,研究正庚烷在上述催化剂上的重整反应。结果表明:载体对催化剂活性有明显影响;稀土镨改变了负载型铂催化剂的催化性能,其改性作用随着反应条件和稀土元素含量的不同而异。温度773°K压力981.0KPa,氢烃体积比1200:1和体积空速为10h~(-1)的反应条件下,镨含量为0.2%的铂催化剂其活性和稳定性都比铂催化剂好。
In this paper, a series of platinum-praseodymium catalysts were prepared by the co-impregnation method. The reforming reaction of n-heptane on the above catalyst was studied on a microreactor-chromatograph-chromatographic data processor combined device. The results showed that the support had a significant effect on the catalyst activity. Praseodymium changed the catalytic performance of the supported platinum catalyst. The modification effect varied with the reaction conditions and the content of rare earth elements. The activity and stability of Pt catalyst with praseodymium content of 0.2% were better than that of platinum catalyst under the reaction conditions of temperature of 773 ° K, pressure of 981.0KPa, hydrogen content of 1200: 1 and space velocity of 10h ~ (-1).
