以4,4’-联苯二酚和环氧氯丙烷为原料两步法合成4,4’-联苯二酚二缩水甘油醚。讨论了催化体系、原料配比、碱用量对产物质量的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:n(4,4’-联苯二酚)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶16;n(4,4’-联苯二酚)∶n(NaOH)=1∶3.0,并用红外光谱和核磁共振对产物结构进行表征,同时对产物的分子质量、环氧值、有机氯含量、无机氯含量、熔点进行测定。结果表明,它的分子质量为299.1,环氧值为0.65~0.67,有机氯<40mg/100g、无机氯<20mg/100g、熔程为159.1~160.4℃。
4,4’-biphenol diglycidyl ether was synthesized from 4,4’-biphenol and epichlorohydrin in two steps. The effects of catalyst system, raw material ratio and base amount on the product quality were discussed. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: n (4,4’ - biphenol): n (epichlorohydrin) = 1:16; n (4,4’-biphenol): n (NaOH) = 1: 3.0, and characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR. At the same time, the molecular weight, epoxy value, Chlorine content, melting point were measured. The results showed that its molecular weight was 299.1, epoxy value was 0.65 ~ 0.67, organic chlorine <40mg / 100g, inorganic chlorine <20mg / 100g, melting range was 159.1 ~ 160.4 ℃.
