在材料疲劳裂纹扩张的研究中,灵敏地跟踪疲劳裂纹的扩张,精确地测定相应栽荷循环周次下的裂纹长度是实验研究的关键。在众多的裂纹长度检测方法中,直流电位法以其突出的优点获得越来越广泛的应用。然而目前通用的检测装置精度较低,难以满足研究要求。我们研制的数字直流电位裂纹测试仪,精度高、性能稳定。为材料疲劳裂纹扩张的研究提供了有效的检测手段。本文着重介绍测试仪的研究过程、设计原理及其曲线的标定方法。
In the study of material fatigue crack growth, it is the key point of experimental research to sensitively follow the expansion of fatigue crack and to accurately measure the crack length under the corresponding load cycle. In many crack length detection methods, DC potential method with its outstanding advantages are more and more widely used. However, the current common detection device has low precision and is difficult to meet the research requirements. We developed a digital DC potential crack tester, high precision, stable performance. It provides an effective measure for the study of material fatigue crack growth. This article focuses on the tester’s research process, design principles and calibration curve calibration method.
