目的探讨田七总色素的体外抗氧化活性。方法以蒸馏水为溶剂,从田七中提取总色素;采用比色法分别测定田七总色素清除DPPH·、O_2~-·和·OH三种自由基的作用,以及对Fe3+的还原能力。结果田七总色素对三种自由基都有一定的清除作用,清除DPPH·、O_2~-·自由基的EC50分别是0.17mg/ml、0.24mg/ml;当色素浓度为0.15mg/ml时,其对DPPH·清除率为45.03%、对O_2~-·为23.48%、·OH清除率为3.71%,其对三种自由基的清除能力排序为DPPH·>O_2~-·>·OH;对Fe3+也具有较强的还原能力。结论氧自由基清除率与田七总色素浓度存在明显的量效关系,清除作用随着总色素浓度的增加而增强。还原Fe3+能力也随总色素的浓度增加而增强。
Objective To investigate the anti-oxidative activity of total pigment of Tianqi in vitro. Methods The total pigment was extracted from Tianqi with distilled water as solvent. The effect of total phenanthrene scavenging DPPH ·, O_2 ~ - · and · OH and the reduction ability of Fe3 + were determined by colorimetric method. Results The total pigment of Tianqi had certain scavenging effect on all three free radicals. The EC50 of DPPH · and O_2 ~ - · scavenging were 0.17mg / ml and 0.24mg / ml, respectively. When the pigment concentration was 0.15mg / ml , Its scavenging rate to DPPH was 45.03%, to O_2 ~ - · 23.48%, and · OH scavenging rate was 3.71%. The scavenging ability of the three free radicals was DPPH ·> O_2 ~ - · · · OH. Fe3 + also has a strong reduction ability. Conclusion There is a significant dose-effect relationship between the oxygen free radical scavenging rate and the total pigment concentration of Tianqi, and the scavenging effect increases with the increase of the total pigment concentration. The ability to reduce Fe3 + also increases with increasing total pigment concentration.
