国有土地上房屋征收,价格谁来定?怎么定?关系到被征收人的切身利益。住房和城乡建设部6月3日颁布了《国有土地上房屋征收评估办法》,对规范房屋征收评估活动,保证评估结果客观公平,保护被征收人的利益具有重要作用。本期会客厅邀请上海易居房地产研究院综合研究部部长杨红旭、广州大学公法研究中心研究员王达、首都经贸大学不动产研究所所长洪亚敏、北京国盛房地产评估有限责任公司总经理王煊,就相关问题深入探讨。
