目的:观察依昔苯酮(Exifone,Exf)对大鼠血栓形成及血液流变学各 项指标的影响。方法:用颈动、静脉旁路法观察Exf对大鼠实验性血栓形成的作用; 用肾上腺素加冰水法观察了Exf对大鼠血液流变学10项指标的影响。结果: Exf 54mg/kg灌胃给药后对大鼠血栓形成有明显抑制作用。与空白对照组比有显著差 异(P<0.01)。而对血液流变学10项指标也有不同的改善作用,与血瘀模型组比 较有较显著差异(P<0.05-0.01)。结论:Exf具有抗大鼠实验性血栓形成作用,并 能改善血液流变学多项指标。
Objective: To observe the effects of Exifone (Exf) on various indexes of thrombosis and hemorheology in rats. Methods: The effect of Exf on experimental thrombosis was observed by carotid and venous bypass method. The effect of Exf on the indexes of hemorheology in 10 rats was observed by using adrenaline and ice water method. Results: Exf 54mg / kg intragastric administration of rat thrombosis was significantly inhibited. Compared with the blank control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.01). The indexes of hemorheology also had different improving effect on blood rheology, which had significant difference compared with blood stasis model group (P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion: Exf has anti-thrombotic effects in rats and can improve many indexes of hemorheology.
