川贝和浙贝是两种镇咳化痰、清热散结的常用中药。顾名思义,浙贝产自浙江,川贝产自四川。在共性上,两者都可用于热痰咳嗽。区别在于川贝止咳功能更佳但清热化痰能力并不如浙贝,多用于肺燥咳嗽,比如干咳,喉咙干痒等。所以,很明显,在症状表现为干咳少痰或喉咙干痒长期咳嗽,应当选择含有川贝的相关药物。从病理上说,川贝对付下呼吸道慢性感染尤其是支气管炎等是最为合适的,拿常用的川贝枇杷膏来说,其实应当用于2~3个月久咳不止的情形。浙贝虽然不如川贝有名,但是浙贝在治疗一般上呼吸道感染尤
Chuanbei and Zhebei are two commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for antitussive, phlegm and heat. As the name implies, Zhebei is produced in Zhejiang and Chuanbei is produced in Sichuan. In commonality, both can be used for phlegm and cough. The difference is that Chuanbei has better cough relieving function but its ability to clear heat and phlegm is not as good as that of Zhebei Shell. It is mostly used for dryness and cough, such as dry cough, dry itchy throat and so on. Therefore, it is clear that when the symptoms are dry cough or dry throat and itchy long-term cough, you should choose related drugs containing Chuanbei. In terms of pathology, Chuanbei is most suitable for chronic infections of the lower respiratory tract, especially bronchitis. Take the commonly used Chuanbei tincture cream, it should actually be used for more than 2 to 3 months. Although Zhejiang shellfish is not as famous as Chuanbei, but Zhejiang shellfish is generally used for the treatment of respiratory infections.
