从小我是一个对数字不太敏感的人。大约10年前,我刚参加工作不久,一位做媒体公关的前辈告诉我,要学会看统计报表、看数据,透过数据来分析行业趋势,而不是仅仅凭借自己的感性认知就去做出结论判断。我深以为然。随后几年的公关生涯,我谨记这个原则,每次给客户的方案,背景分析中必有数据分析。做了媒体后,更是愿意以数据为出发点,去分析一些事物。但慢慢地,我开始对数据失去了信任和兴趣。最主要的原因就在于,当下很多看似权威的数据是怎么得来
