本文从分析“双师型”教师的内涵入手,以江西某高职院校为研究对象,对该院“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题及原因进行了深入和系统的分析;并有针对性地提出了高职院校加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的对策和建议。
