分别选择温带季风兼海洋性气候、温带大陆性季风气候兼工业轻微污染环境、亚热带季风性湿润气候、亚热带海洋性季风气候4种典型环境进行G-355NH低合金高强耐候钢的大气暴露实验,开展不同区域性气候特征下耐候钢的大气腐蚀规律研究,深入分析不同的气候条件对曝露初期耐候钢腐蚀规律的影响。结果表明,不同区域的G-355NH耐候钢腐蚀速率差异较大,温度和湿度是影响腐蚀速率的最大因素,同时雾霾也是影响腐蚀速率的重要因素,加剧了腐蚀速率。在亚热带海洋性季风气候条件下一个月内已经形成相对完整、致密的腐蚀层。不同环境腐蚀产物相似,但各产物的相对含量差异较大。相关的研究结果将对G-355NH高强耐候钢在不同区域输电铁塔上的应用提供一定的指导。
Atmospheric exposures of G-355NH low-alloy and high-strength weathering steels were selected from four typical environments, including temperate monsoon and oceanic climate, temperate continental monsoon climate and slight industrial pollution, subtropical humid monsoon climate and subtropical maritime monsoon climate. Atmospheric climate characteristics of atmospheric corrosion of weathering steel research, in-depth analysis of different climatic conditions on the early exposure to weathering corrosion of steel. The results show that the corrosion rates of G-355NH weathering steels differ greatly in different regions. Temperature and humidity are the most important factors affecting the corrosion rate. At the same time, haze is also an important factor affecting the corrosion rate, which aggravates the corrosion rate. In the subtropical maritime monsoon climate conditions within a month has formed a relatively complete, dense layer of corrosion. Corrosion products in different environments are similar, but the relative content of each product is quite different. The related research results will provide some guidance to the application of G-355NH high-strength weathering steel in transmission towers in different regions.
