钻井污水成分复杂,水质变化大,只采用单一设备和技术难以使处理后的水质达标。为处理某油田人工岛钻井污水,笔者设计了一套可移动式污水处理系统。针对油田人工岛钻井污水特性,该系统基于模块化组合,优选合适的组合工艺,有效处理固体悬浮物(SS)和COD含量达15000mg/L左右的钻井污水,使出水水质达到排放或回注标准。通过有效处理钻采作业中钻井污水,避免钻井污水带来的环境污染,减轻人工岛上用水压力。
Drilling wastewater composition is complex, water quality changes, using only a single device and technology is difficult to make the treated water quality standards. To deal with a man-made island drilling effluent, I designed a set of mobile sewage treatment system. According to the characteristics of drilling wastewater in oilfield man-made island, the system is based on modular combination, preferably suitable combination process, effective treatment of solid suspended solids (SS) and drilling wastewater with a COD content of about 15000mg / L so that the effluent quality reaches the standard of discharge or injection .
