为观察红花寄生种子的构造及体外萌发过程,我们利用智能人工气候箱培养红花寄生种子,体视镜观察种子萌发过程中的形态变化。结果表明:红花寄生种子萌发率较高为92.4%,胚根先突破种孔,两片肉质真叶呈犄角状,下胚轴-胚根发育成吸盘状结构,约2月后胚乳耗尽、幼苗死亡。红花寄生种子能在脱离寄主的情况下萌发,之后随胚乳耗尽而死亡。
To observe the structure of parasitized seeds and the germination process in vitro, we used artificial climate chamber to cultivate the parasitic seeds of safflower, and observed the morphological changes during seed germination by using stereo microscope. The results showed that the highest germination rate of parasitized seeds was 92.4%. The radicle broke through the seed holes first, and two pieces of fleshy true leaves showed a hysterical horn. The hypocotyls-radicle developed into a sucker-disc structure. After about 2 months, the endosperm was depleted , Seedlings die. Safflower parasitized seeds germinate without the host, and then die with endosperm depleted.
