本文报告我院最近7年来收治大肠恶性肿瘤再手术33例的诊治经验,占同期收治235例的14％。男24例,女8例,平均年龄49.3岁。除2例为肉瘤外,31例为癌瘤。首次病变在直肠20例,在结肠13例。相隔时间,最短3月,最长59月,中位期16月。Miles术后会阴部复发8例,吻合口及残端复发6例,多原发癌3例,腹主动脉旁淋巴结和卵巢各1例,肝、肺转移3例,腹腔内局部复发2例,腹壁延及肠腔复发1例,腹腔内广泛转
This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of 33 cases of colorectal malignancies undergoing reoperation in our hospital in the past 7 years, accounting for 14% of 235 cases treated in the same period. There were 24 males and 8 females with an average age of 49.3 years. Except for 2 cases of sarcoma, 31 cases were cancerous. The first lesion was in the rectum in 20 cases and in the colon in 13 cases. Intervals, the shortest in March, the longest in May, the median period of 16 months. 8 cases of perineum recurrence after Miles, 6 cases of anastomotic stump recurrence, 3 cases of multiple primary cancer, 1 case of paraaortic lymph node and ovary, 3 cases of liver and lung metastases, and 2 cases of intra-abdominal local recurrence.
