由于农村课堂教学设备不足,其他一些课程改革下教学理念没有达成一致,所以还有很多不足的地方。在农村中学学生的数学掌握的基础中,很多同学掌握的基础知识相差很大。那么老师在教学的时候很难让每一个同学都能够取得很大的进步,所以需要进行分层教学,针对不同的学生掌握的基础进行分层教学。我们需要找到数学课堂教学中所存在的弊端,然后进行分析解决,要能够认清楚当前的现状,从而取的一个好的教学水平。课堂上老师应该采用分层教学模式进行分组学习探讨、互相交流、同步学习、分层指导,设计合理有效的教学手段进行有目标式教学,因材施教让每一个学生的学习成绩能够明显提升,老师的教学效果也能够得到突出表现。
Due to the lack of teaching equipment in rural classrooms and the lack of agreement on teaching concepts in other curricular reforms, there are still many deficiencies. In the basis of mathematics mastery of rural middle school students, many students have a great difference in the basic knowledge. So when the teacher is difficult to teach every student can make great progress, so need to be layered teaching, according to different students to master the basis of hierarchical teaching. We need to find the shortcomings in the teaching of mathematics, and then analyze and solve, we must be able to recognize the current status quo, so as to take a good level of teaching. In class, teachers should adopt group teaching mode to study group by group, communicate with each other, learn synchronously, guide in different levels, design reasonable and effective teaching methods to conduct targeted teaching. Teaching students according to their aptitude so that each student’s academic performance can be significantly improved. Teaching can also be outstanding performance.
