198 9年 1月～ 1 999年 1 2月 ,我科共治愈 4例下鼻甲硬化剂注射引起黑蒙患者 ,现报告如下。4例均为病史 1～ 3年的门诊慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者。男 1例 ,女 3例 ;年龄 1 7～ 52岁 ,平均 32 .5岁。均用 2 %地卡因行下鼻甲粘膜表面麻醉 ,硬化剂为 50 %葡萄糖 ,每侧下鼻甲粘膜各注射
