西气东输冀宁联络线(西气东输与陕京二线联络管道工程)支线工程是一条纵贯华北、华东平原,联通环渤海和长江三角洲两大区域管网,向山东、江苏苏北地区输送天然气的能源大动脉。随着工程施工进度的进行,各阶段的水土流失形式、强度发生显著的变化。因此,应根据建设项目的施工安排,分时段分别进行水土流失预测;空间上,对每个施工阶段内,根据建设区域的地貌类型、水土流失特点及主体工程总体布局,将划分不同的水土流失区进行水土流失预测。我们分别对曲阜~济宁、滕州~临沂、德州和武城支线进行了实地考察和勘测,并与西气东输冀宁联络线项目部及中国石油规划总院环评所进行了座谈,了解了主体工程进展情况,调查分析了当地的水土流失现状、水土流失成因、水土保持措施和与工程建设有关的自然、环境、生态等现状,以期作为本项目水土保持措施设计的依据。
The project of connecting the West-East Gas Pipeline to the Ji-Ning (West-East Gas Pipeline and Shaanxi-Beijing Second-Line Liaison Pipeline Project) is a pipe network spanning North China, East China Plain, Unicom Bohai Rim and the Yangtze River Delta to Shandong, Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu Region of the main artery of natural gas delivery. We conducted field surveys and surveys on the Qufu-Jining, Tengzhou-Linyi, Dezhou and Wucheng sub-lines, respectively, and held discussions with the Jining Liaison Line Project Department of the West-East Gas Pipeline and the EIA Institute of China Petroleum Planning Bureau to understand the main body The progress of the project was investigated and analyzed. The current status of soil and water loss, the causes of water and soil loss, soil and water conservation measures and the nature, environment and ecology related to the project construction were investigated and analyzed, with a view to serving as the basis for the design of soil and water conservation measures for the project.
