目的对护理组长在分层次管理实践中对质量建设的作用进行观察与探讨。方法对2013年12月~2014年12月实施护理组长分层次管理实践过程中的质量建设进行临床的相关研究作为研究组,并将2012年11月~2013年11月未实施护理组长分层次管理实践过程中的质量建设作为对照组,每组69名护士。分析两组的效果。结果研究组病区管理质量的达标率(98.5%)、基础护理质量的达标率(95.8%)、危重患者护理质量的达标率(95.9%)、护理文书质量的达标率(96.5%)均明显高于对照组(90.3%、89.4%、85.3%、92.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度(92.0%)明显高于对照组患者(86.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理组长在分层次管理实践中对质量建设具有十分重要的作用,临床可积极推广应用。
Objective To observe and discuss the role of nursing team leader in quality management in the practice of hierarchical management. Conclusion Nursing team leader in the practice of hierarchical management of quality construction has a very important role in clinical practice can be actively promoted.
