介绍了一种采用开关磁阻调速的新型数控螺旋压力机。在总结螺旋压力机进展的基础上,提出了用开关磁阻调速系统驱动螺旋压力机的方法,设计了整机结构,阐述了打击能量的数控策略。利用电机轴角位移和定子电流双反馈信号,推导出滑块速度和电机控制电流的数学关系式。通过控制绝缘栅双极晶体管开通角、关断角和电流斩波值,数字化控制电机正反转的转速及其起停,达到数控螺旋压力机运动和打击能量的目的。试验表明,这种螺旋压力机能满足不同能量和速度的要求,实现了设备的数字化控制。
A new CNC screw press with switched reluctance speed control is introduced. On the basis of summarizing the progress of the screw press, a method of driving the screw press with the switched reluctance speed governing system is proposed. The structure of the whole machine is designed and the numerical control strategy of striking energy is expounded. Based on the motor shaft angular displacement and stator current double feedback signals, the mathematical relation between the slider speed and the motor control current is deduced. By controlling the opening angle, the turn-off angle and the current chopping value of the insulated gate bipolar transistor, the speed of the positive and negative rotation of the motor and its starting and stopping are digitally controlled, so as to achieve the purpose of moving and striking energy of the CNC screw press. Experiments show that this screw press can meet the requirements of different energy and speed and realize the digital control of the equipment.
