基于排队论原理,应用Anylogic软件建立了火车站售票排队系统仿真模型,通过多次随机实验,分析了M火车站在非节假日,周末和春运期间不同客流状态下,各个窗口的时间利用率、排队人数、旅客办理业务时间,得出不同客流状态下,火车站售票厅应开放的各类服务窗口的最佳数量,提高旅客满意率,更加有效地利用火车站的有限资源。
Based on the theory of queuing theory, Anylogic software is used to establish the train queuing system simulation model. Through multiple random experiments, the time utilization rates and queues of M stations in different passenger flow states during non-holidays, weekends and the Spring Festival are analyzed. The number of passengers handling business hours come to different passenger flow conditions, the railway station ticket offices should open the best of all types of service windows to improve passenger satisfaction rate, more efficient use of the railway station limited resources.
