小组合作学习不但是在班级授课制背景下的一种教学方式更是新课改下的必然产物。它改变了传统接受性的教学模式,充分调动了学生学习的积极性,让学生从被动地接受知识向自主合作探究的学习方式转变,从而顺利完成课程标准所指定的教学任务,同时又能培养学生在小团体中互帮互助、团结协作的精神。但通过实践发现其在课堂教学中的运用并没有收到应有的教学效果,有很多地方急需改进。比如,小组合作只注重形式而忽略了学生的学习过程;学生之间的主动合作程度明显不足;教师对运用小组合作学习策略缺
