目的观察参茸护肤乳对皮肤衰老的保护作用及可能作用机制。方法 71只小鼠按抽签法分为空白组、模型组、基质组、阳性对照组及参茸高、中、低剂量组各9只。除空白组外,其余各组通过皮下注射D-半乳糖建立皮肤衰老模型。造模后基质组涂抹护肤乳液基质;阳性对照组涂抹复颜滋润抗皱乳液;参茸高、中、低剂量组分别涂抹含12%人参提取物和11%鹿茸胶原多肽的护肤乳、含7%人参提取物和5%鹿茸胶原多肽的护肤乳、含3%人参提取物和2%鹿茸胶原多肽的护肤乳;各组给药剂量均为1 mg/cm~2,共给药42天。观察各组小鼠皮肤组织中的水分、透明质酸、羟脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,另外取8只小鼠进行急性多次皮肤刺激性实验观察参茸护肤乳对小鼠皮肤的刺激性。结果参茸护肤乳对皮肤安全、无刺激性。模型组小鼠皮肤中水分、透明质酸和羟脯氨酸含量及GSH-Px、SOD活力均下降,MDA含量升高(P<0.01)。小鼠皮肤经涂抹高剂量参茸护肤乳后,小鼠皮肤的水分、透明质酸和羟脯氨酸的含量及SOD、GSH-Px活性显著升高,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且与复颜滋润抗皱乳液效果相当。结论参茸护肤乳具有明显改善皮肤衰老的作用,提高皮肤衰老小鼠的皮肤水分、透明质酸、羟脯氨酸含量及SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量可能是其机制之一。
Objective To observe the protective effect of ginseng skin care lotion on skin aging and its possible mechanism. Methods Totally 71 mice were divided into blank group, model group, matrix group, positive control group and ginseng high, medium and low dose groups by the method of lottery. Except for the blank group, all the other groups established the model of skin aging by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose. After the model was made, the skin care lotion was applied to the matrix group; the positive control group was applied with Fu Yan moisturizing anti-wrinkle lotion; the ginseng high, medium and low dose groups were smeared with skin care lotion containing 12% ginseng extract and 11% Ginseng extract and 5% antler collagen polypeptide skin cream, skin cream with 3% ginseng extract and 2% pilose antler collagen polypeptide; each dose was 1 mg / cm ~ 2 for a total of 42 days. The contents of water, hyaluronic acid, hydroxyproline, malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) In addition, 8 mice were subjected to acute multiple skin irritation test to observe the irritation of ginseng skin lotion on mouse skin. Results ginseng skin lotion on the skin safe, non-irritating. The contents of water, hyaluronic acid and hydroxyproline, the activities of GSH-Px and SOD in the skin of model mice decreased and the content of MDA increased (P <0.01). Mice skin after the application of high-dose ginseng skin-care milk, the mouse skin moisture, hyaluronic acid and hydroxyproline content and SOD, GSH-Px activity was significantly increased, MDA content was significantly reduced (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and with Fu Yan moisturizing anti-wrinkle emulsion effect. Conclusions Ginseng skin care milk can significantly improve the skin aging and improve skin moisture, hyaluronic acid, hydroxyproline content, SOD, GSH-Px activity and decrease MDA content in skin aging mice.
