利用太谷核不育基因设计了一个小麦轮回选择育种程序,即以含太谷核不育基因的辐繁17与其它8个赤霉病抗性来源不同的小麦品种(系)分别杂交,再互交,组成基础群体,进而选择不育株和可育株并杂交重组,以开展轮回选择和抗赤霉病小麦新品种的选育.从第一轮回选择群体中选出一批赤霉病抗性强的单株,经系统育种程序选择和鉴定,育成了抗赤霉病小麦新品种(系)华南T2003和华南T531.对用轮回选择和系统育种结合的方法进行小麦抗赤霉病育种进行了总结。
In this study, we designed a wheat cycle selection breeding program based on Taigu nuclear sterile gene, that is, crossed with other wheat cultivars (lines) with different triterpenes resistance genes Cross each other to form the basic group, and then select sterile and fertile plants and hybrid recombination to carry out the reincarnation selection and resistance to Fusarium head blight breeding of new varieties of wheat. A group of single plants with strong resistance to Fusarium head blight were selected from the first round of population selection. After selected and identified by systematic breeding program, new varieties of wheat (line) resistant to Fusarium head blight were developed in South China T2003 and South China T531. The breeding of the wheat scab against gallbladder was summarized with a combination of recurrent selection and systematic breeding.
