目的探讨血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖[(1,3)-β-D glucan,BG]对AIDS患者合并马尔尼菲青霉菌(penicillium marneffe,PM)感染的诊断价值。方法收集2016年3月至2016年10月我院161例临床AIDS患者疑似马尔尼菲青霉菌感染的患者,应用LKM-02-32型动态试管检测仪快速检测系统抽血作血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测(G实验),同一时间抽取患者血液进行马尔尼菲青霉菌培养。结果血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖的阳性率为40.99%,PM血液培养阳性率为13.04%。血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖的阳性率明显高于血液马尔尼菲青霉菌培养。结论血清(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测比血液培养更早、更灵敏地反映马尔尼菲青霉菌的早期感染,对及时诊治并发症,延缓或减慢疾病的进展,提高生活质量有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum (1,3) -β-D-glucan [1,3] -β-D glucan in patients with AIDS with penicillium marneffe (PM) infection. Methods A total of 161 patients with clinical AIDS in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The LKM-02-32 dynamic tube detector was used to detect the blood samples collected from patients with AIDS (1,3 ) -β-D-glucan test (G test), at the same time the patient’s blood was drawn for Penicillium marneffei culture. Results The positive rate of serum (1,3) -β-D-glucan was 40.99%, and the positive rate of PM blood culture was 13.04%. The positive rate of serum (1,3) -β-D-glucan was significantly higher than that of blood culture of Penicillium marneffei. Conclusion The detection of serum (1,3) -β-D-glucan earlier and more sensitively reflect the early infection of Penicillium marneffei than that of blood culture, which can delay or slow the progress of the disease and improve the disease Quality of life is of great importance.
