For a long time, due to the unilaterally pursuing the rate of entering higher education, the formation of a teacher-centered education believes that only education mainly relies on teachers and advocates the establishment of the absolute prestige of teachers. Only by obeying the teaching of teachers, Students can learn knowledge and cultivate good moral character. As for the autonomy and initiative of students, they are discarded on the one hand, classroom teaching is more rigid, the classroom is full of relish and the students hear drowsiness, few teachers and students Can really communicate and take the initiative to learn. The enthusiasm and initiative of students are not fully demonstrated. A long time, students have no interest in learning, will weariness. Modern psychology research proves that the state of mind is relaxed and happy, and the optimistic mood can not only make people have extraordinary memory, but also actively creative thinking, give full play to the psychological potential; and anxiety, pessimism, depression and depression and other negative emotions, will reduce people Intelligence level. According to this law, teachers must change their teaching conception, and students must be regarded as the main body of cognition and exchange. The establishment of classroom teaching has become a habit of teachers and students participating and interacting together. In teaching, we should respect and understand students and communicate more than students. We should strive to create a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere so that students can learn in a relaxed and pleasant environment, thus arousing students’ interest in learning.
