机械通气是抢救呼吸衰竭（呼衰）的重要方法，通常所用的人工气道因一定的创伤性和并发症，及操作复杂，护理要求高等，使其广泛应用受到一定限制。此文对比介绍高频喷射通气（HFJV）和经鼻面罩双水平正压通气（BIPAP）治疗Ⅱ型呼衰。并就临床疗效，适应症、优缺点及注意事项等进行讨论。
Mechanical ventilation is an important method of rescuing respiratory failure (respiratory failure). The commonly used artificial airway is subject to certain limitations due to certain traumatic and complications, complicated operation and high nursing requirements. This article compares high-frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) and nasal mask biphasic positive pressure ventilation (BIPAP) treatment of type Ⅱ respiratory failure. And clinical efficacy, indications, advantages and disadvantages and precautions to be discussed.
