本文从两方面介绍了用几种典型电解液电解加工TC_4钛合金的复制精度的试验:在NaCl、NaNO_3、NaClO_3为基的三类电解液中蚀除速度和电流密度的关系试验;阳极析出氧气的试验;TC_4及软钢分别在NaNO_3及NaCl溶液中加工型孔的精度对比试验。结果均证明NaNO_3或NaClO_3溶液与NaCl溶液比较并不能明显改变TC_4的复制精度,但能改善表面质量。
In this paper, two aspects of the experiment on the process of electrolyzing TC_4 titanium alloy by several typical electrolytes are described: the relationship between the removal rate and the current density in the three kinds of electrolytes based on NaCl, NaNO_3 and NaClO_3; Of the test; TC_4 and mild steel in NaNO_3 and NaCl solution processing hole precision contrast test. The results show that compared with NaCl solution NaNO_3 or NaClO_3 solution does not significantly change the TC4 replication accuracy, but can improve the surface quality.
