幼儿园的生活老师工作是非常繁琐的,而混合班生活老师的工作就更加繁琐与复杂了。近几年来,面对我园生活老师工作环境的特殊性,个体成长的差异性,我们实施了岗前培训—上岗时的帮扶与指导—在岗时的研讨与教研—日常个人的学习与反思—过程中的检查与考核,表扬与奖励,并取得了一定的效果。
