对引进型600MW 机组四角切向燃烧锅炉进行冷态模化试验,系统地研究了不同折焰角结构对水平烟道烟速偏差的影响。试验结果表明:在现有的折焰角结构下水平烟道仍存在较大的气流速度不均匀性。通过折焰角结构进行改进,可以明显减小水平烟道气流速度场的不均匀性,为解决大容量四角切向燃烧锅炉水平烟道流场偏差这一重大技术问题提供了有价值的科学实验数据,可供新锅炉设计和旧锅炉改造参考
The cold mode test was carried out on the tangentially fired boiler of imported 600 MW unit, and the effect of different flaring angle structures on the smoke velocity deviation of horizontal flue gas duct was systematically studied.
