本文基于核心能力理论,针对我国企业现状,澄清国内一些企业对核心能力认识的误区,对促进我国企业核心能力培育的路径进行探讨,期待能够给予我国企业一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the theory of core competencies, aiming at the status quo of Chinese enterprises, this paper clarifies the misunderstandings of some Chinese enterprises about their core competencies and probes into the ways to promote the cultivation of their core competencies in China. We hope that this can give some reference to Chinese enterprises.
