在大多数企业的人力资源管理中,绩效考核体系不够完善。这样不仅加大了人力资源管理部门的工作量,而且影响企业员工工作的积极性,导致企业的凝聚力下降。作为火力发电企业我们要深入了解绩效考核体系在人力资源管理中发挥的主要作用,合理调配人力资源,根据每个员工的特长使得员工发挥最大潜力,优化绩效考核。本文结合自身的工作经验,对火电厂绩效考核在人力资源管理中的作用、存在问题及完善措施进行了探讨希望可以切实有效的提高火力发电厂的经济效益。
In most enterprises, human resource management, performance appraisal system is not perfect. This not only increased the workload of human resources management department, but also affect the enthusiasm of employees, leading to declining cohesion of enterprises. As a thermal power plant, we need to understand the main role played by the performance appraisal system in human resources management, rationally allocate human resources, maximize employees’ potential and optimize performance appraisals based on the strengths of each employee. In this paper, combined with my own work experience, this paper discusses the function, existing problems and perfecting measures of the performance evaluation of thermal power plant in human resource management. It is hoped that the economic benefits of thermal power plant can be effectively and effectively improved.
