The adhesion behavior of 6061 aluminum alloy on the surface of 4Cr5MoSiV1 hot die steel was studied by using the self-designed fixture in the electronic tensile testing machine. The influence of forming temperature and deformation on the adhesion was quantitatively analyzed. The microstructure of the mold after adhesion. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the amount of aluminum transfer decreased firstly and then increased, and the amount of aluminum transfer was the least at 450 ℃. With the increase of temperature, the phenomenon of aluminum sticking became more and more serious. With the increase of temperature, When the amount of deformation increases, the amount of aluminum transfer slowly increases. When the amount of deformation is 40%, the amount of aluminum transfer increases rapidly and the phenomenon of sticking aluminum begins to become serious.
