(一)前言通过对轴承工作状态的研究,人们发现液体润滑是轴承的理想工作状态。此时,外载荷由机油的流体动力效应产生的动压力所平衡,轴承和轴颈的工作表面被一层足够厚的油膜完全隔开,工作表面不直接接触,几乎不受磨损,工作表面之间的摩擦变为油膜内各层液体之间的内摩擦,摩擦阻力及发热都很小,保证了轴承长期可靠地工作。因此,柴油机轴承的设计应当保证在工作范围内能够建立液体润滑。
(A) Preface By studying the working condition of the bearing, it has been found that the liquid lubrication is the ideal working condition of the bearing. At this moment, the external load is balanced by the dynamic pressure generated by the hydrodynamic effect of the oil. The working surfaces of the bearing and the journal are completely separated by a sufficiently thick film of oil. The working surface is not in direct contact with the work surface. The friction between the layers of oil into the film within the friction, friction and heat are very small, to ensure the long-term reliable bearings work. Therefore, the design of diesel bearings should ensure that the liquid lubrication can be established within the working range.
