正如人体的健康检查一样,医院要想获得良性的发展,也必须要对自身的经营管理体系定期进行摸底和诊断,然而经营管理体系千头万绪,涉及到顾客情况、员工情况、运营管理情况、内部流程情况和区域内的外部竞争对手情况等等,良好的经营管理诊断体系就必须要有一套结构合理的指标体系,本组文章就以此为内容试图构建这样的指标体系来提高医院的整体绩效。经营管理诊断体系最终是为医院的决策分析提供依据,因此作者建议,一旦决策者认同决策结果就应该根据诊断结果确定行动方案,通过问题的发现—解决—提高—再发现的循环提高医院的整体绩效。
