在武术训练和比赛中,经常出现肌肉拉伤的现象。下面简单介绍一下肌肉拉伤的处理及预防方法。 当肌肉不慎被拉伤后,受伤部位疼痛、肿胀、压痛,肌肉紧张或痉挛,用手触摸感觉发硬,功能发生障碍。让受伤肌肉主动收缩或被动拉长时,疼痛加重。肌肉抗阻力试验阳性。肌肉如果断裂,受伤时会有明显感觉,还能听到断裂声,受伤部位肿胀明显,皮下淤血严重,局部用手可触摸到凹陷或一端异常膨大。 肌肉被拉伤后,应根据受伤的不同程度迅速进行处理。 对肌纤维部分断裂者,处理的原则主要是制动、止血、防肿、镇痛和减轻炎症,应将受伤肌肉置于放松位置,及时对患
