离心-振动一辊压法制管工艺是一种复合工艺,混凝土在离心成型的同时附加振动和辊压。美国从六十年代开始采用复合工艺制压力管,后来被雷蒙德公司发展为制作大直径圆管桩管节。我国采用这种复合工艺成型管节是在近几年才开始,首先在国家“六五”攻关项目大直径管桩研制中,研制成功了能同时实现离心、振动、辊压作用的制管成型机(简称离心振压机),并在连云港、宁波镇海、上海等地大直径管桩车间中投入使用。整个制管过程是自动化的,即将带钢筋
