体育课程促进学生心理发展的功能主要是通过身体练习的途径实现的,身体练习是达成体育课程心理健康领域目标的主要载体。但并非所有的身体练习都具有等效的促进心理发展的价值。对身体练习促进心理发展的条件进行研究,以便于体育教师创设身体练习促进心理发展的条件与氛围,帮助体育教师选择教学内容和设计练习方法,更好地发挥体育课程提高学生心理健康水平的功能,达成体育课程心理健康领域的目标。
The function of physical education curriculum to promote the psychological development of students is mainly realized through the way of body practice, which is the main carrier to achieve the goal of the mental health of physical education curriculum. But not all physical exercises have the equivalent value of promoting mental development.
