在节焦增铁的群众运动中,我们始终把提高质量放在首位,把好生铁质量关。在保证质量的前提下摸索高产低消耗的生产规律,提高操作水平。我们主要措施是:狠抓精料,口号是“抓料保铁”,谨慎操作,摸索一套适应原燃料特点的操作制度。一九七七年提前五十二天和超额31％完成国家下达生铁生产计划。各项技术指标达到了较好水平,与一九七六年相比,生铁合格率提高8％,焦比降低118公斤,下降幅度达到13.4％(见表一)。
During the mass movement of focusing on iron and steel, we always put the emphasis on improving the quality and the quality of the pig iron. Compared with 1976, the pass rate of pig iron increased by 8% and the coke ratio decreased by 118 kg, a drop of 13.4% (Table 1).
