在GCr15轴承钢中添加0.15wt%镧铈混合稀土和0.3 wt%Nb,制备了新型机床轴承钢,并进行了热处理工艺优化。结果表明,新型机床轴承钢的淬火温度优选为855℃、回火温度优选为160℃。最大的抗拉强度为984MPa,屈服强度为660MPa,断后伸长率为39.8%,抗弯强度为2547MPa。随淬火温度从780℃增至870℃,新型机床轴承钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度和抗弯强度均先增大后减小,断后伸长率先基本不变后急剧下降。随回火温度从120℃增至180℃时,新型机床轴承钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和抗弯强度均先增大后基本不变。
A new type of machine tool bearing steel was prepared by adding 0.15wt% lanthanum cerium mixed rare earth and 0.3wt% Nb into GCr15 bearing steel, and the heat treatment process was optimized. The results show that the new machine tool bearing steel quenching temperature is preferably 855 ℃, tempering temperature is preferably 160 ℃. The maximum tensile strength of 984MPa, yield strength of 660MPa, elongation after fracture of 39.8%, bending strength of 2547MPa. With the increase of quenching temperature from 780 ℃ to 870 ℃, the tensile strength, yield strength and flexural strength of the new machine tool bearing steel first increase and then decrease, and the elongation at break decreases sharply after basically unchanged. With the tempering temperature increased from 120 ℃ to 180 ℃, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation at break and flexural strength of the new machine tool bearing steel first increased and then basically unchanged.
